Here we are, with PLACEMENT SEASON - the major deciding part of one's life. I will brief out on how to INCREASE THE NUMBER OF RECRUITMENT'S - the only chance you have.

The company that is going to visit your campus will have a clear number on the intakes. The only way to increase that number is to interact with them during the pre- placement talk. You are supposed to maintain silence during this session and participate in the discussion when ever they asked you to do. The behaviour of each and everyone of you during this session is important combined with your participation during the interactive session provided at the end of the pre- placement talk. Sit together with your friends and make a list of questions that comes from your mind.There may be students who have good questions in their mind but are nervous and can't raise that question. Analyze those questions, re-frame them so that it's the best probable question that can be asked of that particular kind and put those questions to the team on the day they visit your campus. You may group with your class mates and for a larger perspective you can discuss with your friends from different branches and then form questions.
